After 16 years of co-leading the ground-breaking European ensemble Jazz Bigband Graz German saxophonist / flutist Heinrich von Kalnein steps back and heads in a different direction. Together with Brazilian guitarist Emiliano Sampaio and his award-winning Meretrio he developed an airy and timeless sound blending Jazz, Brazilian melancholy, traces of classical music as well as 1990ies Indie rock.
