Hurricane Express, The - The Wrecker, a multiply-disguised master villain, continually sabotages and wrecks trains on the L & L Railroad to fuel the success of a competing airline service. Blue Steel - John Wayne is an undercover government agent who sets out to save a town from the "Polka Dot Bandit".
