All of the songs were either written or co-written by Eric and Leigh, marking their first album ever composed entirely of original material. As such, this record is their opportunity to find a deeper connection to their own identities as sons, brothers, family men, farmers, and artists, rather than narrating someone else's story by playing traditional tunes.
