Mush, from Leeds, play their own style of infectious art rock. Implanting their idiosyncratic guitar hooks into well-crafted tunes to create weird ear worms. The band have recently signed to Memphis Industry and Rough Trade Publishing. They have their debut E.P out this spring, with the full album set to land later on in the year.

To date Mush have already been getting plenty of radio play. Their Autumn single 'Gig Economy' was playlisted on BBC6, received track of the week from Lamacq and received regular plays on radio one. Their debut single 'Alternative Facts' received regular radio play despite clocking in at a modest ten minutes in length and was hailed by Marc Riley as a 'masterpiece'. They have done 3 sessions for Riley despite not having an extended release yet.

They have drawn comparison to other classic guitar bands, notably Television, The Fall, Pavement and more recently Parquet Courts. Last year they had a successful festival period and supported the Lovely Eggs and British Sea Power. They will be supporting Yak on their upcoming U.K tour in April.
