Jesse James' attempt at living honest in Missouri is interrupted when he is blamed for a bank robbery, so he and pal Steve Long must go on the run. After some time on the road they stop to ask directions from the Bolton Farm just as it is attacked by masked raiders. Jesse James and Steve Long come to the rescue of Ann Bolton and her father and decide to stay and defend the honest farmers from the masked raiders and whoever is behind the gang in this exciting thirteen chapter serial.
