Khyber started out as a Pink Floyd and a Doors tribute band. I really loved these two bands and wanted to be in a band that could do it. My logic was to build off of great influences and use that to create our own sound. 'Scarecrow Emotion was our first CD as a band, which we finished in June 2000. What was great about this was the creative originality! We also were learning how to record our own music. This band has really blossomed over the few years that we have been together. In the summer of 2002, we will be putting out another CD. Later, John Grandy.
