This is a reissue of an original 1960 recording featuring Kid Thomas' band with Raymond Burke added on clarinet. Recorded by Dr. John Phelan (who gave a copy of the tapes to the Hogan Jazz Archive in Tulane), the session was finally issued in the late '70s, but it has been out of print for some time. Also features Emanuel Paul, Louis Nelson, Joe James, Creole George Guesnon, Slow Drag Pavageau and Sammy Penn.
