Alain Formaggio, expert in Krav Maga self-defense, shows you how to counter attack in an urban environment facing all types of attacks from weapons (cutter, knife, gun...), kicks, punches, knives, bat attacks, or efficiently defending yourself against surprise strangulation or violent grabs.
