Recorded in 1963, this album is an instructional record that gives insight into the speech development of a child. Narrated by Margaret Greene, Greene walks the listener through various stages of speech, explaining each stage and following them with sound examples i.e. a newborn crying, or a two year old babbling. Greene also gives occasional tips on how to help a child develop their speech. Liner notes include transcription of album.
