Back on vinyl LP for the first time in a decade, 2009's Detached from Life served as the long awaited debut album from Sweden's Dr. Death featuring ex-members of Treblinka, Tiamat and Expulsion. Recorded at Sunlight Studios with Thomas Skogsberg behind the boards, Detached from Life features punishing and primal music by five psychopathic individuals who certainly know their way around their instruments as far as death metal is concerned.
