Mr. Robinson Crusoe

A wealthy American bets some friends he can survive without modern luxuries, and live for a full year on a remote island, just like the real Robinson Crusoe. Adventure legend Douglas Fairbanks (in one of his only "talkie" film roles) endeavors to make his peace both with nature and the island's natives, all while resisting the urge to re-board his awaiting yacht and sail back to comfort. The gorgeous location shooting in the South Pacific is an added bonus!
