Founded in 1991, Singer Pur has become one of the most outstanding a cappella groups to date. In 1994, they won the first Price of the German Music Competition in Bonn, coveted Grand Prix of Vocal Music at the International Tampere Music Festival award. In 2008 the group was honored as a musical ambassador of the city Regensburg in Bavaria.
