Originally released and recorded in 2000 this recording takes a closer look at personal connections in my "My Father Painted Houses" and "Ayla". The song "Time Is a Lie" is a contrast in structure with it's smooth and jazzy flow. "Time Is a Lie" and "Tryin'" include Sandy Spence on backing vocals. Personnel includes: Bob Martin-vocals, guitar & harmonica, Ray Brunelle-drums and Kent Allyn-bass.
