The Magnolia Sessions

On a slightly windy September evening, Nick Hans stood beneath a large Magnolia tree behind the Anti-Corp/Black Matter Mastering HQ and recorded some songs. This is that session. Recorded live September 17th 2020 at approximately 8pm, on a windy 70 degree Nashville evening. All vocals and instruments performed by Nick Hans. Recording and post production by Dan Emery at Black Matter Mastering. On this session we used an AKG- C414 B ULS on vocals, Shure SM81 on instruments and a homemade binaural mannequin for atmosphere.
