1992s Blank Blackout Vacant was the fourth album by Poison Idea, Portland's preeminent Punk Band (then and now) and features the classic lineup of Jerry A. - Vocals, Tom "Pig Champion" Roberts - Guitar, Recorder, Background vocals, Myrtle Tickner - Bass, Harmonica, Background vocals, Thee Slayer Hippy - Drums, Percussion, Background vocals and Mondo - Guitar, Piano.
