With most of his family slaughtered, ninja warrior Cho Osaki (Shô Kosugi) took his son Kane (Kane Kosugi) and fled Japan for Los Angeles, hoping to build a simple life as an importer of knickknacks. When he discovers that his business is being exploited by a drug ring, however, he goes back in black to make them pay.
