Richie Phoe's debut full length, 'Echo Outernational' stands out as a testament to modern reggae by combining digital, soulful and conscious styles into his signature productions. The track 'Two Tree Island' has since been featured on the 'Handmaid's Tale' TV series, and other tracks were paired with MTV's 'Dirty Sanchez' show. 'Echo Outernational' also features 'Hate to Love 'with Earl 16 and 'First Class Mi Run' with Dangerman. Hailed as 'Brighton's Lee Scratch Perry' (Rob Da Bank BBC Radio 1), longtime reggae-dub producer Richie Phoe has been releasing tracks since 2006 and was an early adopter with Balanced, releasing his first track in 2008.

Richie has collaborated and remixed many notable artists along the way including Max Sedgley, Jon Kennedy, Tippa Irie, Earl 16, Sola Rosa, Wah Wah 45s, Horseman, Solo Banton and others. He has received massive radio play from David Rodigan, Don Letts, Daddy G (Massive Attack), Huey Morgan, Nick Manasseh, Jon Jones, Rob Da Bank (BBC Radio 1), Steve Lamacq (BBC 6 Music) and Huw Stephens (BBC Radio 2). He is an occasional guest on the Roots Garden Radio Show and has DJ'ed at festivals such as Bestival and Port Elliot, and regularly plays on the Roots Garden Sound System.
