GENE AUTRY COMES ROARING OUT OF THE SKIES... to save the forests from an outlaw lumber ring! When ex forest ranger Gene tries to interfere with a gang destroying the timberland, he's framed for cattle-poisoning and set up for a murder charge. Yet, he still has time to sing some great cowboy songs, including 'It's My Lazy Day', and 'Hair of Gold.' This is Gene Autry in a slightly different role, with some great footage filmed at Big Bear Valley and San Bernardino National Forest.
