Spencer and Kathleen Bailey want to sail around the world, but first they need to find the right sailboat, give it a 30-year refit and then outfit it for blue water cruising. When done they cast off for extended coastal cruising along the U.S. East Coast from Maine to Florida via the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW).
