Tai Chi Chuan (Tai Ji Quan) means "supreme ultimate fist" and is a centuries-old form of internal marital art and moving meditation well known for it's positive effect on health and wellbeing. On this DVD, Matthew Rochford (founder of the Devon School of Tai Chi) demonstrates three full Tai Chi Forms. There are also useful exercises to help with posture and body alignment and simple Chi Kung (Qi Gong) for health and relaxation.
