Product Notes
In this DVD you will learn how to defend yourself with a pen, a magazine, a book, keys anything that can be used to protect yourself from an assault. Jean-Michel Lerho & Alexandre Vanderlinden present a pragmatic method, seeking unadorned efficiency, with techniques from different styles. These techniques are filmed from different angles in real speed and slow motion for optimal understanding. Example: during an attack, if you have not succeeded in neutralizing your opponent on the first defense movement, then a fight will begin; if you do not have fighting knowledge (even basic), you may lose the advantage and expose yourself to serious consequences. This is why it is important to master both aspects. In our working goal, one does not go without the other. The authors: Jean-Michel Lerho: Europe Technical Director of the World Krav Maga Federation and head of training at the Special Security Body of the Ministry of Justice. Alexandre Vanderlinden: Belgium Technical Director of the World Krav Maga Federation, a specialist in violence control for the Federal Police, and head of training of Defense Close Combat.
