One half of one of America's most popular singing duos, Eydie Gorme, along with husband Steve Lawrence, have entertained audiences around the world since they first came into prominence in the early 1950's with their easy going brand of pop ballads and breezy swing. Eydie has recorded many great solo albums and has won numerous awards, including the Grammy and the Emmy. The album presented here, originally released in 1981, features Eydie performing a selection of pop and jazz standards including "Send in the Clowns," "God Bless the Child" and "You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You."
