Mayer continues to display his trademark soulful ballad artistry on Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most, the title track and a poignant solo version of Never Never Land. As with his other Reservoir CDs, Mayer changes keys and tempos, explores nuances and contrasts and continues his ongoing brilliant legacy of great piano jazz.
