A group of religious fanatics, the Sikkim rebels, capture a Brit officer and a Viceroy's daughter. Another Brit officer, played by Flynn, undertakes a daring plan to rescue the two captives. Through trickery he makes his way into the jungle to seek out the mysterious Temple of the White Elephant, which is the epi-center of Sikkim activity.
