In the tradition of the classic Stand By Me, teenage brothers Seth and Zak are spending the summer in their deceased grandfather's house, waiting in vain for their mother, who is perpetually "busy" and nowhere to be found. Running low on cash, they decide to rent out the house to a rather unnerving local drug dealer named "Beef", who was rumored to have killed someone simply with a 'death-stare'. with their mother absent combined with their new tenant, things don't go exactly as planned.
