Product Notes
Features 180g picture disc LP with gatefold jacket, booklet, posters, and photocard set. The King's Warden is a historic box office hit in South Korea, having become the highest-grossing film of all time in the country with over $94.6 million (USD) in revenue. Directed by Jang Hang-jun, this historical drama has garnered over 16 million admissions, ranking among the top three most-watched films in Korean cinema history. The picture disc is designed using "Woljungdo," a historic painting depicting the exile site Cheongnyeongpo of King Danjong preserved by the Academy of Korean Studies Jangseogak Archives, adding significant collectible value, and the soundtrack includes the song "Companion," featuring narration by Park Ji-hoon as Lee Hong-wi and vocals by Jeon Mi-do as Maehwa, written by Yoon Jong-shin and composed by Dalpalan. The audio has been specifically remastered for vinyl and lacquer cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios in the U.K., then manufactured in Germany to ensure warmth, clarity, and detail, delivering the film's emotional depth through the distinctive texture of analog sound, with the LP planned and produced by Moosunji.
