Indian ragas are side-by-side with African drums, Middle Eastern patterns and subtle synthesizers in this unique collection. John is a disciple of India's great master flutist Hariprasad Chaurasia as well as having played with the likes of Paul Horn and others. Accompanying John is the special percussion of Ken Anoff who has studied in India, Japan, Central America and was a professor of Western percussion. This music will fit well with the yoga crowd but also anyone who appreciates first class world music.
