The fourth season of this upbeat comedy opens with Holly (Amanda Bynes) in Florida, stranded after her cramped back-seat car ride. It's now or never for Holly, and she puts her heart on the line, telling Vince (Nick Zano) her true feelings. This time, love works out for Holly and Vince. The new couple must now learn to work through the challenges of a young, exciting, blossoming relationship as they juggle romance with real life. Of course, they still hang out with best friends Gary Thorpe (Wesley Jonathan) and Tina Haven (Allison Munn). Meanwhile, Val (Jennie Garth) discovers that her marriage to Todd (Luke Perry) was only a dream. She actually married her former-boss-turned-firefighter Vic (Dan Cortese). Val wants out of the marriage, but Vic has other ideas. He believes their meeting was destiny and wants to make it work. He's determined to wear Val down with charm, kindness and humor and, of course, his amazing biceps don't hurt.
