This keyboardist for Donald Byrd and Cannonball Adderley became a prominent Memphis session musicians before embarking on a solo career. Here's the first of four LPs Timmy put out on the T.K. Records subsidiary Glades Records: his 1972 #1 R&B smash Why Can't We Live Together plus Opportunity; Cold Cold People; Take Care of Home, and more. Soulful organ and passionate vocals abound; includes the single version of that title hit plus the bonus song People Are Changin', another R&B hit! Bbr.
