Nevada Newman has long played the musical chameleon role in the Asylum Street Spankers as a guitarist and singer, able to imbue any style of music with the distinctive leads that have become integral to the Spanker's sound. Trained in voice, piano, theory and guitar, Nevada continues to compose and record outside of the Spanker's fold. His solo debut is a playful gumbo of country, blues, calypso and creole music featuring guest performances from Guy Forsyth, Wammo, Sick and PB Shane.
