After successfully passing the entrance examination, he was admitted to study soloist training at the State University of Music Trossingen and completed his piano studies in the class of Prof. Tomislav Nedelkovic-Baynov with the concert exam. Karagiannis also studied Master Chamber Music at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media with Prof. Markus Becker and Lied composition with Prof. Jan-Philip Schulze. Karagiannis is a prize winner of various national and international competitions.
